Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for worn (used) or washed products. Purchases for Sale or Personalized items are not eligible for return as these sales are final.



Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be for the same item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be sent back in the same condition it was received. Worn (used) or washed items will not be accepted. Note that exchanges made for items received damaged or defective will be exchanged completely free of charge as our products are backed with a 100% quality guarantee.


Return/Exchange Process

Customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping items back to us unless the exchange/return is for damaged or defective items. When shipping items back to us, please ensure that sufficient postage is applied as packages with insufficient postage will be returned to the return address listed on them. We strongly recommend using package tracking that way shipping progress can be monitored. Please securely package and send all return/exchange items to the following address:
